Join us in an online workshop and share your ideas about meaningful employee experience, meaningfulness in work, and the variety of employee profiles in the field of hospitality and event industries. In a three-hour online workshop, you can network with others, get creative together, and help to understand what motivates or frustrates employees, how working life could be improved, and what kind of emotions workers feel at work. By participating in a national development programme involving three Universities of Applied Sciences, and 40 SMEs, you can also work on your own personal gains and pains, and purpose in the working life.

“Future is now” – Tue 7th of October, 13:00-16:00. Join us in an online workshop and influence the future of working life in the hospitality and event industries. By sharing your ideas about the future challenges and opportunities – and solutions – you can take part in a national development programme involving three Universities of Applied Sciences, and 40 SMEs. A cavalcade of employee profiles in the field of hospitality and event industries, and lessons learned from Finnish workshops set inspirational ground for joint discussion. We take an active role in framing the changes and alternative futures of Finland’s increasingly multicultural working life.
